Duncan Brown - Founder & Lead Process Architect

Hi, I'm Duncan Brown, the founder of Process Forge, a UK based specialist consultancy passionate about helping Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) escape the daily grind of managing admin and achieve their highest potential.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in building digital systems, I've learned a crucial lesson: technology alone is not the answer. In fact, adding software to a broken process just creates faster chaos.

That realisation drove the evolution of Wessex Digital Solutions into Process Forge. My mission is no longer just to get you online, but to bridge the gap between complex automation technology and the practical reality of running a growing business. We apply a unique Process First methodology, diagnosing and optimising your workflow before we write a single line of code. Whether it's automating lead follow-ups, integrating your financial data, or forging a full digital ecosystem, I believe that when you eliminate operational friction, you don't just save time, you unlock the freedom to be a visionary leader.

Through the Process Forge blog, my aim is to share the knowledge of the Expert Craftsman. Here, you won't find generic tech news; you'll find practical insights, how-to guides, and honest advice on how to build a business that runs smoothly without you constantly turning the handle.

I'm always keen to connect with fellow business owners to discuss the specific bottlenecks holding them back. Feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn. If you are ready to stop fighting fires and start building a scalable infrastructure, please visit our services page or contact me directly.

Outside of the digital forge, I am actively involved in my local community as a volunteer Scout leader in Warminster. This role allows me to share my passion for the great outdoors with young people, whether we're camping under the stars, learning new skills, or simply exploring the beautiful Wiltshire countryside. Giving back to the next generation is something I find incredibly rewarding. When I'm not forging digital solutions or leading scout adventures, you'll often find me in the garden, enjoying the patience and satisfaction of nurturing plants, a reminder that real growth always requires strong roots.
